Acceptance of these terms

By using nowiretransfer you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. The service is provided free of charge and without any account.

Acceptable use

Use the service only to transfer content you own or are authorised to share. You must not use it to distribute malware, attack or overload the service, scrape or automate bulk uploads, or bypass the share-code and expiry controls.

Prohibited content

Uploading illegal content is strictly prohibited. This includes, without limitation, child sexual abuse material, content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights, stolen data, malicious software, and material that promotes terrorism, violence or harassment. We may remove any share and block access where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken, and may cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

Size and retention limits

Each file may be up to 250 MB, and you can attach multiple files to a single share. Shares expire after the lifetime you select — from one hour up to seven days — after which the content is deleted automatically and the code no longer works. Limits may change over time to keep the free service sustainable.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery, or retention of any file. Do not use nowiretransfer as a backup: always keep your own copy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost, corrupted, expired or prematurely deleted files, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Advertising

The service may display third-party advertising to cover running costs. Advertisers have no access to the files or text you transfer.

Changes and governing terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by applicable local law, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of the operator's place of residence.
