Step-by-step: iPhone photos to PC or Mac
1. Open nowiretransfer on your iPhone
Open Safari or Chrome on your iPhone and go to nowiretransfer.xyz. You do not need to install an app or create an account.
2. Add the photos you want to send
Tap the file picker and choose Photo Library. Select the photos you want to send. Each file can be up to 250 MB.
3. Pick an expiry and create the share
Choose an expiry of 1 hour, 24 hours, 3 days, or 7 days, then tap Send. You will get a 6-character code, a link, and a QR code.
4. Open the code on your computer
Open nowiretransfer.xyz on the PC or Mac. Type the 6-character code in the Receive box, then press Get.
5. Download the photos
Click each file to download it at full original quality. The share deletes itself automatically when it expires.
Which transfer method should you use?
AirDrop works between Apple devices. If a Windows PC or Android phone is involved, use a browser transfer instead.
